
Functional Training
During Functional Training we use a variety of tools to move the muscles and develop the body in different ways.
Our intensive circuits are recommended for those who prefer a fast-paced and varied class. Beginners and advanced students alike will find a challenge, as the resistance of our equipment is variable and our exercises are modified to suit individual needs. In our workouts we combine the use of TRX, Rope-Wire, RIP Trainer equipment with bodyweight exercises.
