Functional Training
Our department was founded in December 2014 and since then we have been organising and running strength and fitness training sessions.
We offer our intensive training sessions for those who prefer a fast-paced and varied class.
Beginners and advanced exercisers alike will find a challenge, as the resistance of our equipment is variable and our exercises are modified to suit individual needs.
In our workouts we combine the use of TRX, Kettlebell, Rope-Wire, RIP Trainer equipment with bodyweight exercises.

Tuesday and Thursday | 18:00-19:00 and 19:00-20:00
