Let’s move together – with this motto, the University Sports Festival Budapest will be held on the 27^th of November 2016, organized by ELTE, the Student Union of ELTE, ESN ELTE and BEAC. The main aim of this event is to provide such a community experience through sports for the exchange students in Budapest, that brings international students together from any educational institutions. Foreign students will get an insight of the university sports life of Budapest and they can try the latest, most popular sports in a casual and fun way.

Trying individual and team sports are both possible at the USF Budapest event, and a competition between the universities will be also organized. At the end of this event, the sportiest higher education institution will receive an award.

Date: 27 November 2016 (Sunday), between 14:00 and 22:00.

13:00 - Gates open

14:00 – 20:00 Individual sports and volleyball, bubbleball championships

20:10 – 21:30 GRAND FINAL - competitions, relay races between the universities

21:30 – 22:00 Announcement of the results, closing ceremony

1. Individual Sports (registration is requested) You can try more than 10 sports between 14:00 and 22:00, such as aerobic, yoga, polefitness, Zumba, functional training, combat sports, bodyweight-training, stability workout, Interval/HIIT training, spinning, wall climbing.
   There will be introductory shows, playful programs and trainings in the above-mentioned sports. The units of the events will be held by professional, English-speaking coaches and sports organizers. Students who register to either individual or team sports, can get to know and try any sports they would like. We give points and evaluate universities’ activity level: the more students try the most kinds of sport, the more points will be given to their university

2. Team Sports (Signing up is requested): volleyball, bubbleball, GRAND-FINAL (relay races)
   In Volleyball and bubbleball, we organize a championship with maximum 8-8 teams. In a team, there can be minimum 8, maximum 12 players from the same school. Each placing will be worth different points to collect.
   The GRAND FINAL (relay race) will be a playful team competition, with which we close the event. Players of both individual sports and team competitions may participate. This race will be the most exciting event of the whole day, and the finale of the USF Budapest. We accept teams of minimum 15 players, but anyone can join these teams at the scene, who registered as an individual or a team player.
   Signing up for the team sports (filling out an application form is necessary) happens through the contact people of the particular institution – for example, the mentors of ESN organization, international office, Student Union, sports association, etc.: Volleyball, bubble football, GRAND FINAL (relay races).

Registration and application fee: 1000 HUF per person that can be paid by the participants applying individually at the scene of the event. For the team events (volleyball, football, GRAND FINAL) you can apply by handling in the application form in out BEAC office, together with cash or transfer payment until the 18^th of November.

The entry fees will be used for charity. We would like to support one of the most popular sights of the city from the income: Budapest Zoo. The grand prize for the most active university team is also connected to our charity action, more precisely to a giraffe. 😉

Point-collecting

You should try as many sports as possible because we give points and evaluate universities’ activity level: the more students try the most kinds of sport, the more points will be given to their university. Each place will be worth different points to collect in team sports and the Grand Final too. At the end, the sportiest higher education institution will receive a surprise award! All participant receive a unique color T-shirt with the name of their university. We use these T-shirts to calculate the points.

Attention! Those students who applied for team sport can try all the individual sports as well, but participation in the team sports is only possible with a separate team application! Anyone can attend the GRAND FINAL (relay races) between the universities, in their own universities’ team. The application fee is requested only once.

Let’s move together – ezzel a mottóval kerül megrendezésre november 27-én az University Sports Festival Budapest az ELTE és Hallgatói Önkormányzata, valamint az ESN ELTE és a BEAC rendezésében. Az esemény célja, hogy a sporton keresztül olyan közösségi élményt nyújtson a fővárosban tanuló külföldi egyetemisták számára, mely összeköti a különböző intézményekbe járó fiatalokat a világ minden tájáról. A külföldi hallgatók betekintést nyerhetnek a budapesti egyetemi sportéletbe, kötetlen formában, jó hangulatban próbálhatják ki a legnépszerűbb, legújabb sportágakat. Az USF Budapesten egyaránt lehetőség lesz egyéni és csapatsportágak kipróbálására, valamint egy intézmények közötti verseny is meghirdetésre kerül. Az esemény végén a legsportosabb felsőoktatási intézmény is díjazásra kerül.

Az USF Budapest várható programja:

14:00 – 20:30 egyéni sportok és röplabda, foci (buborékfoci) bajnokságok

20:30 – 21:30 egyetemek közötti játékos vetélkedő, sorverseny

21:30 – 22:00 eredményhirdetés és az esemény zárása

1. Egyéni sportok (regisztráció szükséges) több mint tíz sportágat lehet kipróbálni 14-22 óra között.

Aerobik, jóga, polefitness, zumba, funkcionális köredzés, küzdősportok, bodyweight-training, stability workout, Intervall/HIIT training, spinning, és falmászás közül is lehet választani.

A felsorolt sportágakban bemutatók, játékos programok, edzések lesznek. Az egyes blokkokat szakképzett, angolul beszélő edzők, sportszervezők vezetik. Minden egyéni és csapatsportban nevező hallgató bármelyik sportággal megismerkedhet és kipróbálhatja azt. Az egyéni sportágakban az egyes intézmények aktivitását pontozzuk: minél több hallgató, minél többféle sportot próbál ki, annál több pontot gyűjt az egyeteme számára.

2. Csapatsportágak (nevezés szükséges): röplabda, buborékfoci, sorverseny

A röplabda és buborékfoci sportágakban maximum 8-8 csapatos bajnokságot hirdetünk, egy csapatban legalább 8, maximum 12 fő nevezhet egy intézményből. Minden helyezéssel pontokat lehet gyűjteni.
A sorverseny a rendezvényt lezáró játékos csapatverseny lesz, a játékosok az egyéni sportok és a csapatsportok résztvevői is lehetnek egyben. Ez az esemény lesz nap legizgalmasabb pillanata, egyben az USF Budapest fináléja is. A sorversenyre legalább 15 fős csapatok jelentkezését várjuk, mely csapatokhoz akár a helyszínen is lehet csatlakozni és bárki részt vehet rajta, aki egyéni vagy csapatsportokra is regisztrált.

Nevezés csapatsportágakra (nevezési lap kitöltése szükséges) az adott intézmény kapcsolattartóin – pl. ESN szervezet mentorai, nemzetközi iroda, HÖK, sportegyesület stb. - keresztül történik: röplabda, buborékfoci, sorverseny. Regisztrációs és nevezési díj 1000 Ft/fő, amit az egyénileg résztvevő hallgatók a helyszínen tudnak befizetni. Csapatsportágakra (röplabda, foci) való nevezésnél november 18-ig a nevezési lap leadásával együtt a BEAC irodában, készpénzben vagy átutalással tudnak befizetni a nevező csapatok, intézmények. Csapatok jelentkezése esetén szintén 1000 Ft/fő regisztrációs díj fizetése szükséges.

Figyelem! A csapatsportágakra nevezett hallgatók valamennyi egyéni sportágat is kipróbálhatják, viszont a csapatsportokon csak külön csapatnevezéssel lehet részt venni!
Az intézmények közötti sorversenyen bárki részt vehet a saját intézményi csapatában! Nevezési díj fejenként csak egyszer fizetendő!
