Bodyweight workout

The aim of this form of movement is to enable you to load your own body confidently and effectively in all situations, regardless of the duration or difficulty of the load.

To achieve this, we work with a variety of exercises, using all the muscles of the body and exciting interlocks. By the end of the season, we want to be able to perform the exercises without any major challenge and in any order, continuously and consecutively throughout the duration of a training session.

The movement results in a significant improvement in stamina and concentration, as well as muscular and toned bodies. Join us if you're looking for a sport that will give you the muscles and athletic physique you need for everyday life, as a result of a challenging but exciting and fun workout!
