We follow the Okinawa goju-ryu karate style.

Karate for us is not a sport, it is a martial art.

As such, our goal is not to achieve a momentary result, but a lifelong learning process focused on expanding our own limits. In addition to practicing goju-ry karate techniques and learning the tactical knowledge of our school, our training also includes the development of self-awareness. Furthermore, participants will learn self-defence techniques that they can apply when necessary.
