We are extremely happy to announce that finally BEAC POLEFITNESS IS BACK! Please read this post carefully as it contains all of the most important information and some changes we make this season. Please apply and ask any further questions by e-mail where our trainers can answer you as soon as possible.

The season starts on 7th June and will be 4 WEEKS LONG. This season four of our trainers – Lilla, Mesi, Kíra and Viki – are welcoming you in two different rooms (Tükrös/Mirror room and Kiskondi/Small gym) with various types of trainings (polefitness, poledance, streching & fascia training). We hope you will be able to find the ideal time, trainer and type of workout.


  • Depending on the number of applicants some classes might be cancelled. If there are changes to the announced timetable the department leader will let you know right away. By the way, they usually reply to your e-mails in 1-3 days.
  • In the timetable you’ll find some classes with an ’OR’ between the training types. Please let them know which type of training you would prefer in your registration e-mail. The type that has more applicants will be the one we hold.
  • One pass refers to visiting one chosen occasion on each week of the season. You can buy more than one pass, of course – every second one is cheaper. You can pay for your passes via BEAC paying system. The department will tell you everything about the paying method thoroughly via e-mail answering your application. In addition, BEAC Polefitness is collecting an extra 200 HUF on your first class in person to buy magnesia and window cleaner which they need for providing you the best circumstances during the pactice.
  • If you cannot attend your training because of travelling, sickness etc., you can make up for it by going to another one and they can also find a solution if you cannot come to trainings for some weeks.


  • Vaccine ID or passport: According to the current regulations in Hungary, you are only allowed to visit the classes by confirming your immunity to COVID virus with your vaccine ID or passport.
  • Online workouts: Online classes will be organised too in forms on hibrid workout sessions (where you can easily join some of our classes even from home). The online training timetable will be published soon on the ELTE- BEAC Polefitness facebook page.

You can send your application to [email protected] with your full NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, and the time of your chosen training(s). Additional informations will be asked later in a questionnaire. If you can go at more than one time you should write all of the options down in the e-mail so you have more chance of getting into one of the classes.

The available places at the classes are limited, therefore only 12 people are allowed to participate.
Also need a minimum number of students to start a class so the department reserve the right to make changes in the timetable.



  • ELTE STUDENT/ ERASMUS STUDENT/ TEACHER- one pass: 5.600 HUF- two passes: 10.000 HUF
  • NOT ELTE RELATED- one pass: 6.800 HUF- two passes: 12.400 HUF

  • Tükrös terem = Mirror room (IV. feljáró = 4th staircase, I. emelet = 1st floor)
  • Kiskondi = Small gym (IV. feljáró = 4th staircase, Fsz. = Ground floor, next to the stairs


  • Fascia training: Beside the well-known passive and active static stretching, we highly concentrate on dinamic exercises, which are enhancing the flexibility of both muscular and connective tissue (fascia) found all over our body. Fascia training increases joint mobility, therefore really helps us in splits and all kind of flexibility postures.
  • Stretching: A class without pole but with dinamic, static stretching exercises alone or in pairs according to your wishes, often with an emphasis on splits.
  • Poledance: We will learn choreographies combining the tricks learned in polefitness with dancing. We will also practice floorwork and sometimes use tools as well. 5-10 polefitness classes prior are required!
