The Strength and Fitness department's training also returned to BEAC
During the summer season you will have the opportunity to join the division’s interval training with weight, TRX and functional training workouts.
During the varied hours the main tool and resistance is the body’s own weight. This needs to be retained and moved during challenging tasks. Whether your goal is to strengthen, shape or increase your endurance, you are definitely in the right place at the BEAC Strength and Fitness Department!
Plus an argument for playing sports in the division: for athletes in the summer, we also have an unforgettable training camp (if regulations allow)!
Current schedule:
- Interval training with weight: Mon-Sat-Thu 18:00 (BEAC 4th field)
- Functional training: Mon-Sat 18:00 (BEAC 4th field)
- TRX: Mon-Sat 18:00 (BEAC 4th field)
Seasonal and monthly passes as well as occasional tickets can be purchased HERE.
Participation in training sessions is possible under current regulations (with a certificate of protection or for certified competitors).
