A lot of us from the aerobics department coaches have a passion for running. We see something common in both of the sports. The combination of running and aerobic workouts also provides strength and cardio, both indoor and outdoor exercise.
But what is really common in both, is that, that the best to do it together with a motivating community. That’s why we decided of organizing team-building weekend runs with members of BEAC Aerobics, at the end of which there’s always a cafe providing the refreshment.
The runs start on every second weeks – Saturdays from 9.30am.
Even those, who have just started seeing and feeling the fun of running are welcome for these occasions. Each run is led by two coaches, who take care of the unmissable warm-up and stretching. It will also be possible to divide the company at a pace so that everyone can find the level that suits her/him the best.
Following the principle of gradation, the runs start at shorter distances. For the first free run, a 5-kilometer distance awaits participants, with the ultimate destination being a fantastic breakfast spot on Moon Street, where you can even reward yourself with a coffee or porridge or with other nutritious delicacies after the run.
