Our department was founded in December 2014, and since then we have been dedicated to organizing strength and fitness trainings for everyone who wants to move.

You can join us throughout the year in several ways:
✔ Evening classes with a pass
✔ General PE classes for ELTE students (for credit)
✔ After-work training sessions for ELTE staff
✔ Dormitory trainings at KCSSK for residents

Our intensive circuit trainings are recommended for those who enjoy dynamic and varied sessions. Beginners and advanced participants alike will find challenges here, as the resistance of our equipment can be adjusted and the exercises tailored to individual needs.

We combine TRX, Kettlebell, Battle Rope, and RIP Trainer tools with bodyweight exercises to guarantee effective and diverse training experiences.

Strength Training with Weights

There was a time when the three pillars of weight training—Olympic lifting, classic bodybuilding, and powerlifting—were not separate disciplines but built upon each other’s strengths in pursuit of lifting the heaviest possible loads. Our strength training with weights follows this classic spirit: instead of trendy gadgets and overly complicated movements, we rely on the time-tested methods of the greatest weight sports.

If you are looking for a training method that builds on proven fundamentals and the most effective basic exercises to forge your body into its strongest form, this is the training for you. Join our newly forming group, which has already produced several national record holders, champions, and medalists, and start your journey on the hard but exhilarating path of true strength development!

Natural Mobility Training

The health and trainability of our musculoskeletal system fundamentally depend on the range of motion in our joints. Our Natural Mobility Training was created precisely to support this: to ensure that you can build on the best possible foundations, whether in our classes or in any other type of physical activity.

Our system relies on bodyweight exercises such as hanging, pull-ups, headstands, handstands, and squat variations. The effectiveness of the training is determined not by the number of repetitions, but by the quality of execution and the duration of properly performed movements. Step by step, we learn flawless execution adapted to each participant’s level, while incorporating dynamic movements to enhance body awareness and controlled movement at all times.
